Corporate Receptionist
The Corporate Receptionist performs administrative and support duties. This description is a general statement of required essential functions performed on a regular and continuous basis. It does not exclude other duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities:


  • Answers and prioritizes incoming calls and greets visitors in a professional, positive manner.
  • Provides general administrative support to all departments through direction from supervisor.
  • Responsible for daily administration office setup and supply orders, responds to supervisor once order is processed and complete, maintains appropriate inventory levels, notifies supervisor when supplies need to be ordered and maintains tracking spreadsheet.
  • Sorts and distributes incoming mail and faxes for all department and notifies recipients when packages have arrived.
  • Keeps work area and lobby area well organized.
  • Responsible for daily coffee service
- ensures break rooms are adequately stocked, maintains inventory and orders coffee supplies as needed. Communicates with supervisor regarding break room supply inventory levels.

  • Assists with employee related items as needed
- examples: sets up meeting space, orders food for meetings as directed, hangs company-wide, approved communications, etc.

  • Updates conference room calendar
- notes specials requests, i.e., LCD projector.

  • Completes office errands with company vehicle locally such as catering pick up, supply purchases, etc.

II. Customer Service

  • Maintains the highest level of customer service via courtesy, compassion and positive communication.
  • Promotes the Mission and Vision of PAM Health within the work environment and the community.
  • Respects dignity and confidentiality by adherence to all applicable policies and procedures.

III. Health and Safety

  • Works in a manner that promotes safety; wears clothing appropriate to the performance of the job.
  • Participates in OSHA required training
  • Follows universal precautions as appropriate for position; complies with Employee Health requirements for continued employment
  • Reports unsafe practices to management.
  • Knows own role in case of an emergency

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:


Education and Training:
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:
Two years' experience as a secretary or administrative assistant


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:


  • Ability to take direction, set priorities, and see assigned tasks through to completion.
  • Must be able to work independently, without supervision.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Good written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Working generally indoors in well-lighted, well-ventilated areas. Working conditions as in hospital surroundings.

This is a non-exempt position. It is supervised by the Chief of Staff to the CEO. No formal line(s) of promotion exists.
