- Work experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Familiarity with restaurant management software.
- Good math and reporting skills.
- Customer service attitude.
- Communication and team management abilities.
- Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends)
- High school diploma; additional certification in hospitality is a plus.

- Work experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- TIPS certification and DC ABRA managers license are a plus.
- Marriott Experience is a plus.
- HACCP/Food safety knowledge is beneficial.
- Must have extensive knowledge of food & beverage etiquette, guest relations and service standards.
- Coordinate communication between front of the house and back of the house staff.
- Keep detailed records of daily, weekly and monthly costs and revenues.
- Assist with new employees proper onboarding (scheduling trainings and ordering uniforms).
- Gather guests feedback and recommend improvements to our menus.
- Must be willing to pitch-in and help co- workers with their job duties and be a team player. Ability to analyze client needs and negotiate pricing.
- Ability to work under time pressure and for extensive hours.
