Due to our tremendous growth, A well-established top-rated National Franchise company in commercial cleaning and disinfecting services is actively recruiting several full-time team members in its Cranford, NJ operation Center with the following expertise:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key accounts and customers assigned
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives and prepare reports as needed
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Skills Needed

  • Solid experience as a Customer Service Representative/Account Manager or relevant role in janitorial industry
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Train our service providers as needed to improve quality of service
  • Meet and welcome new customers to our system while introducing their service providers
  • Excellent on the job training is provided
  • Billingual is preferred

Job Types:
Full-time, Commission


Pay:
$40, $45,000.00 per year
