Your responsibilities:

Processing and invoicing of service orders
Accounting of labor hour records
Telephone customer consultation
Issuing credit notes / handling complaints
Recording and processing of spare parts orders
Administrative support for service technicians
Scheduling in coordination with our customers

Your profile:

Completed threeyear commercial training or equivalent degree
Good knowledge of common Microsoft Office programs
Qualityconscious, customeroriented, and systematically organized work style
High commitment, quality and service mindset
Willingness to familiarize with the company's software
Experience in customer support is an advantage
