- Act as a bridge between business units and corporate IT for system optimization and enhancement.
- Support core B&W functions by deploying efficient applications.
- Maintain understanding of business processes and their impact on execution and financial performance.
- Lead PMO Implementation teams and ensure results of related units.
- Advise and implement improvement initiatives to enhance project execution and efficiency.
- Develop action plans based on industry best practices and write business cases for proposed solutions.
- Collect stakeholder requirements and facilitate cross-functional teams.
- Achieve improvement objectives and communicate risk mitigation effectively.
- Work closely with employees and business leaders to align objectives.
- Integrate lessons learned into business practices and other assigned duties.
- 5+ years of project management experience in IT projects.
- 3-5 years of project financial management experience.
- Experience with project management and business analysis.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure with attention to detail.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and willingness to learn new methodologies.
