    Job Title: Dietary Aide

    We are seeking a dynamic Dietary Aide to be part of our expanding team. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and excel in providing top-notch customer service to our residents.

    Responsibilities:

    • Prepares therapeutic desserts and salads as required
    • Serves meals in the health center pantries
    • Sets up and breaks down tables in the health center dining rooms
    • Transports food and non-food items to and from the health center pantries
    • Ensures cleanliness and stock levels of coffee and juice machines
    • Takes orders, provides service courteously, and clears dishes
    • Answers inquiries about menu items and ensures compliance with diet orders
    • Assists in cooking and meal preparation

    Qualifications:

    • Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively, and perform basic arithmetic
    • Previous experience in nursing home food service is a plus
    • Organizational skills to set up trays and plates according to diet orders
    • Collaborative attitude when interacting with residents, guests, and colleagues
