    Description
    Our Custodian oversees keeping our workplace clean, organized, and disinfected.

    We are seeking a Custodian who takes pride in their work to join our teamMartin Construction is an Equal Opportunity EmployerRequirements:
    Be ready to begin work at a specified time.
    Sweeping, mopping, dusting, removal of trash.
    Mow lawn either by push-mower or use a riding lawnmower.
    Trim and edge around driveways, sidewalks, trees, mulch beds, and walls.
    Eliminate accumulated clippings via blowing or raking.
    Blow hard surfaces clean.
    Cleaning restrooms, break areas (indoor & outdoor), office areas.
    Clear snow in the winterLoad and secure all tools and other necessary equipment and materials.
    Participate in equipment maintenance.

    Preparing apartments and trailers for move-inMaintaining physical appearance and Maintenance keep up of Apartment and TrailersFocus on the cleanliness throughout the site.

    Other basic janitorial duties as needed.
    You can work an entire shift on your feet and work in a physically demanding environment.
    You have a driver's license.
    This position will require frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
    Take direction from a manager and complete other tasks as assigned.
    Ensuring the physical aspects of the property meet the company's established standards.
