Requirements:

• Be ready to begin work at a specified time.
• Sweeping, mopping, dusting, removal of trash.
• Mow lawn either by push-mower or use a riding lawnmower.
• Trim and edge around driveways, sidewalks, trees, mulch beds, and walls.
• Eliminate accumulated clippings via blowing or raking.
• Blow hard surfaces clean.
• Cleaning restrooms, break areas (indoor & outdoor), office areas.
• Clear snow in the winter
• Load and secure all tools and other necessary equipment and materials.
• Participate in equipment maintenance.
• Preparing apartments and trailers for move-in
• Maintaining physical appearance and Maintenance keep up of Apartment and Trailers
• Focus on the cleanliness throughout the site.
• Other basic janitorial duties as needed.
• You can work an entire shift on your feet and work in a physically demanding environment.
• You have a driver's license.
• This position will require frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
• Take direction from a manager and complete other tasks as assigned.
• Ensuring the physical aspects of the property meet the company's established standards.
