Construction Project Manager (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities:

You are responsible for the technical and commercial management of our construction projects
You coordinate communication between different trades and locations
You advise clients on specific solutions and concepts
You are the point of contact for architects, clients, and executing companies
You are responsible for project goals in terms of deadline monitoring, quality, and budget
You adhere to budget guidelines, construction site regulations, and occupational safety

Your qualifications:

You have a successfully completed degree in civil engineering (m/f/d) and/or a successfully completed technician or master craftsman training in the construction industry
You have experience in dealing with relevant regulations
You have experience in the complete management of construction sites
You convince with a confident demeanor, negotiation skills, independence, and enjoyment of working in a team
