Managing Director
Dover Food Retail (DFR) has an exciting career opportunity for a Managing Director (MD), based out of Sylmar, CA.
Reporting to the Managing Director Anthony & Case Divisions, you will establish business plans to achieve revenue and profitability objectives for Anthony.
Building a world-class cross-functional team, utilizing and deploying lean techniques, driving continuous improvement activities, resulting in the achievement of superior performance across all KPls, (Key Performance Initiatives).
Delivering business objectives through effective cross-functional and regional relationship-buildingWorking with customers in key areas, including the business practices, lifecycle management, and regulatory/industry compliance practices as well as managing complex multi-year contractual engagements.
Drive and deliver customer issue project management and escalationNet Profitability
Management of sales within operations utility band
Bachelor's degree (i.e. 4+ years of experience leading a Commercial Organization
~Advanced knowledge of MRP/ERP and Advance Planning tools
Strong analytical, statistical, and data-driven mind-set; Ability to motivate and influence peers, staff and executives
LEAN, CPIM, APICS, Six Sigma)
Advanced Degree (MBA or MS)
High level of motivation, being a self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to operate in a matrix organization structure
