We are seeking a talented Creative Assistant to support our content team in Berlin.

This team includes our Series and Film teams, who create original content for our members, and our Grow creative team, which focuses on developing new and emerging talent.

We strive to create an inclusive and welcoming environment for individuals from diverse backgrounds at Netflix.


Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing complex schedules for multiple executives, including arranging and confirming internal and external meetings.
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Assisting creative leads with presentations using Google Slides.
  • Tracking and communicating delivery dates, such as updating writing schedules.
  • Participating in notes calls and production kickoff meetings, and distributing notes and action points.
  • Being the team's expert on internal and external systems.
  • Coordinating logistics and technical setup for meetings with content partners.
  • Communicating frequently with crossfunctional teams internally and with production companies, producers, writers, and directors externally.
  • Preparing reading lists for the creative team.
  • Inputting production data, such as pitches and submissions, into our internal systems.
