Your training

Over the course of 3.

5 years, you will be trained step by step to become an energy hero:

As an EBT, you use your energy to make electricity flow in the first place.
Whether it's overhead lines, transformers, or substations - you will go to places where few have ever been.
You will learn how we monitor and improve our huge network with state-of-the-art technology. You will install intelligent controls with us - so that we can master the energy transition together.
You will investigate and fix malfunctions.
Theory is important, but so is practical experience. With us, you will have the perfect mix.

You will also spend a lot of time with your fellow trainees:

one third of the time will be spent at our training center in Regensburg, the customer center in Weiden, and the vocational school in Regensburg.
