The Energie Food Town GbR has been operating the energy center for the companies FSB Backwaren GmbH, OSI Food Solutions Germany GmbH, and HAVI Logistics GmbH for 30 years to supply the Duisburg location with gas, electricity, refrigeration, heating/air pressure technology, as well as water delivery and treatment.

The Energie Food Town GbR employs seven employees in a single shift to maintain and repair the supply systems.
