Administrative Assistant Contract Coordinator

We are in search of an experienced Administrative Assistant Contract Coordinator to become an integral part of our committed team.

Administrative Assistant Contract Coordinator Responsibilities:


  • Write and send employment agreements.
  • File signed employment agreements.
  • Update DocuSign templates as needed, and with yearly tac form changes.
  • Cover main phone line occasionally or as needed.
  • Send reports and other tasks as needed.

Requirements:


  • Ability to analyze data.
  • Must be flexible and able to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to assume responsibility and work independently.
  • Team player, maintaining a positive attitude in a highpressure environment.
  • Proven ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
