We are currently seeking a
Location Manager (m/f/d) for our client, a digital tax consulting firm with multiple locations in Baden-Württemberg, to join their team in Bonndorf/Schwarzwald.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing comprehensive and targetoriented tax and business advice to both private and mediumsized clients
  • Managing the location both professionally and disciplinarily
  • Overseeing personnel planning and organizational processes at the location
  • Coordinating and overseeing daily operations (annual financial statements, income statements, financial accounting, tax returns, and payroll accounting)
  • Attending quarterly location manager meetings and regular employee meetings
  • Participating in internal events and contributing to crosslocation projects of your choice

Requirements:

  • You are a qualified tax consultant with extensive knowledge of tax and accounting
  • You have several years of experience as a tax consultant and may have previous leadership experience
  • You enjoy taking on a leadership role and are looking to expand your skills in this area
  • Familiarity with DATEV is preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs
  • You are dedicated to providing comprehensive and tailored advice to clients
  • You enjoy working with diverse individuals and interacting with different levels of management
  • You have a strong understanding of economic relationships
  • Your work style is structured, wellthoughtout, forwardthinking, and instructive
  • You value discretion and loyalty
