As part of a succession plan, we are currently seeking a Head of Occupational and Fire Protection, including an integrated management system (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:
Managing the department for occupational and fire protection, including the integrated management system and suggestion scheme Coordinating internal and external audits and management reviews in the areas of occupational safety management system (OSMS), energy management system (EnMS), environmental management system (EMS), and information security system (ISMS) Acting as a contact person for the commander and technical operations manager of the plant fire brigade Advising the employer on the planning, execution, and maintenance of operating facilities Advising specialist and management staff on compliance with and implementation of regulations in occupational, fire, and health protection Ensuring compliance with occupational safety and accident prevention regulations Providing safety-related support for technical changes to operating facilities Documenting identified deficiencies and following up on their remediation Recording, processing, interpreting, and documenting occupational safety indicators Supporting and maintaining the occupational safety management system Collaborating with the relevant authorities Advising the employer on the procurement of work equipment and protective gear, as well as the implementation
