Ultimate Therapy LLC is seeking an experienced
PT/OT Director of Rehabilitation to fill a full-time, salaried position in our skilled nursing facility.

You'll be responsible for the overall supervision, coordination and administration of the facility.

Must be well organized and motivated. Previous experience working in a skilled nursing facility is required. Don't forget...

  • An active state PT/OT license is required.
  • SNF experience is required.
  • Experience as an Assistant DOR or DOR.
