Job Description:

As a Payable Clerk at Azimuth, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of financial transactions and maintaining accurate accounts payable records.

Your attention to detail and commitment to financial accuracy are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
Process bills, expense reports, and payment requests accurately and in a timely manner.

Match bills to purchase orders and verify the accuracy of bills details.

Prepare and perform payment runs, ensuring vendors are paid on time.

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.

Maintain organized and up-to-date accounts payable records.

Assist in the preparation of financial reports and documentation.

Collaborate with the finance team to analyze and track expenses.

Communicate with vendors and internal departments to address payment inquiries.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Associate degree in finance or accounting is a plus.

Proven experience in accounts payable or a related field.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
