Park Place of St. John, a Independent Living Community, located in St. John, IN is seeking
Night Watchman, Part Time-Overnight Park Place of St. John is a member of the
Providence Life Services family where we are committed to enhancing the lives of those we serve

Night Shift Hours:
10:
00PM - 8:
00AM. Must be able to work every other Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

Summary of essential job functions:

Checks all exit doors to be certain that they are locked.
Operate phone system and answer calls to the building.
Monitor activities in hallways and responds to resident's needs.
Contact emergency personnel on behalf of residents when warranted.
Report environmental needs; i.e. nonoperating light bulbs, dirty carpet, wet floors, wet carpet, tripping hazards, etc. to Environmental Director.
Distribute the morning newspapers to the proper rooms.
Other related duties and responsibilities as requested by management.

Requirements:

Must have 12 years of security or night watchman experience.
Pass a physical, drug screen, 50pound lift test, fingerprint for criminal background and complete a reference check.
