- Utilizes the nursing process for patient care assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Assesses signs and symptoms of physiological and psychosocial changes.
- Collects, analyzes, and interprets data for nursing diagnoses.
- Documents patient care plans and interventions.
- Performs interventions based on priorities and care standards.
- Revises care plans as needed.
- Uses clinical judgment to meet patient care needs and priorities.
- Completes other LPN duties as assigned.
- Active LPN License for the state of practice.
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS certification.
- Preferred one year of prior LPN experience.
