We are a young and dynamic team in the field of social pedagogy in Frankfurt am Main. We are looking for you to join our company as part of our participation assistance program in Lacey, WA.

Our focus is on the development and support of children and young people, so a natural ability to work with children aged 6 and above is essential.

Your responsibilities:

  • Providing individual support to a schoolaged child during school hours/daily routine/possibly in afterschool care
  • Assisting with practical tasks and social interactions
  • Supporting communication and relationship building
  • Being a point of contact for the child's questions and uncertainties
  • Providing encouraging support for individual challenges
  • Collaborating with teachers and support staff
  • Assisting with learning content

You bring:

  • A high level of social competence and empathy
  • Experience working with children or young people, whether through your profession, volunteer work, or personal experience with your own children
