The training to become a fresh specialist gives you two IHK certificates at once: retail merchant with the additional qualification as a certified fresh specialist. The training combines creativity, sociability, and business talent with technical and social skills.

You will learn all areas of retail with a focus on fresh and service-oriented food departments
You will become a specialist in fresh products
You will serve and advise customers
You will be responsible for purchasing, marketing, and product presentation until the sale
You will contribute your own creations
You will supervise inventory management and business processes in retail
