- Lead and manage commercial construction projects, ensuring successful execution from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are achieved within budget and timeline constraints.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing regular project updates.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation, tracking expenses and reporting on project performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues, mitigate risks, and implement effective solutions.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, providing leadership and mentorship to project team members.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulations relevant to commercial construction projects.
- 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction, with expertise in healthcare, life science, MOB, office interiors, or warehouses.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from conception to completion, meeting budget, timeline, and quality requirements.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices in commercial construction.

Job Overview - Project Manager
Join our client's team as a Project Manager and play a vital role in overseeing commercial construction projects in various sectors, including healthcare, life science, office interiors, and warehouses.
