- Strategic Oversight: Provide relevant observations and insights to ensure the project aligns with organizational goals and objectives.
- Reporting: Prepare bi-weekly reports detailing project progress, challenges, and milestones for submission to the Chief of Staff, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Time Management: Track and submit hours worked on the project, adhering to a maximum of 37.5 hours per week, to ensure contractual obligations are met.
- Project Coordination: Schedule work activities, interpret instructions, share information, and prepare reports and presentations as necessary to facilitate effective project execution.
- Change Management: Lead change initiatives to ensure seamless adoption of the new legal case management system across Commonwealth-wide agency legal offices, addressing challenges and concerns as they arise.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: Previous experience in project management, particularly in legal or IT projects, is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with legal case management systems and Microsoft Dynamics 365 is advantageous.
- Communication: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Organization: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities concurrently.
- Problem-Solving: Proven ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently, adapting to changing project requirements as necessary.
- Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
