WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH

  • Advocate for brand values and initiatives while collaborating closely with property teams on promotions and offers.
  • Stay knowledgeable about brand positioning, SEO activities, and corporate initiatives.
  • Evaluate competitive offerings and actions to develop strategic plans.
  • Work with Revenue Management to tailor strategies for each property.
  • Lead the development of hotel marketing campaign calendars, including programming, digital ads, and CRM initiatives.
  • Manage CRM campaigns, seasonal audits, social media content, and creative requests.
  • Provide guidance to field sales teams on upcoming marketing initiatives and oversee program implementations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with agency partners to optimize marketing efforts and support crossfunctional portfolio marketing activities.
  • Coordinate multiple marketing channels and troubleshoot campaigns as needed.
  • Strategic Alignment and Execution:
  • Develop marketing strategies aligned with regional sales objectives and organize corporate events for brand promotion.
  • Work with data and insights to support company initiatives and identify gaps in property sales departments for resolution.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING
years hospitality marketing experience

  • Demonstrated ability to understand the voice of the customer and deliver results
  • Strong influencer, sales minded with an understanding of marketing
  • Strong oral, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated track record in field and promotional marketing
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills
  • Strong organizational skills with emphasis on time management
  • Strong interpersonal skills and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently or in groups
  • Selfmotivated with demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in various tasking situation
  • Strong analytical skills with focus towards details.
  • Ability to handle pressure and work in a constantly changing environment.
  • Motivated selfstarter with optimistic outlook
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools and Adobe Creative Suites
  • Hospitality industry knowledge a strong plus

GREAT IF YOU HAVE

  • Brand experience
  • Working knowledge of expedia travel ads, Kodi and Meta.
  • Ability to work with sales and revenue management.
  • Agency management skills, specifically PR and Social
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Willingness to travel, approx. 2030%
