    Description

    We're a growing, born-digital advertising agency and we have an opening for a social media specialist to join our team in a full-time role.

    In this position, you'll work with a set of clients across lifestyle brands in cannabis, spirits, restaurants, hospitality and other verticals and strategize and execute social media content and influencer campaigns that drive social community growth. You'll work hand-in-hand with the account team, creative team and other social media specialists and have a visible role with clients.

    The qualifications we seek are:

    • At least two years of full-time agency experience (strongly preferred) or consumer brand experience in a social media specialist role
    • Experience recruiting and managing influencer marketing campaigns
    • A+ written, oral and presentation skills
    • Exceptional, intuitive understanding of social media platforms and trends
    • Creative abilities including social media ideation and content development - specifically reels and video and caption copy
    • Flexible, can-do attitude and willing to adjust on the fly for fast-changing brand needs
    • Demonstrable organizational skills and ability to handle the details
    • BA/BS
