Due to continued growth, SGE Marketing Services Inc. is seeking a full-time Marketing Account Manager for our
Spring-Green brand in our Naperville, IL corporate office.

The Marketing Account Manager will provide a variety of creative support functions and will interact with a variety of team members and departments and will serve as a brand ambassador to potential business owners.

The Marketing Account Manager is a key player on the team who will be facilitator of the process, responsible for the integration of the team and supporting activity and they will own certain workstreams and initiatives.

Under the direction of the acting Marketing Account Director, this blended role calls for administrative as well as creative skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Shares accountability with the marketing team for Spring-Green Independent Owned Franchise marketing performance.
  • Works with the VP of Operations and Business Consultants to ensure understanding and timely execution of plans, marketing tickets, and ad hoc requests.
  • Support the operations teams request for engagement with franchise owners as appropriate to review and discuss performance and create recommendations, with plans, to improve performance.
  • Act as the liaison between the SG Operations team and the DMO and marketing team, troubleshooting, and creating context for requests /tickets that the marketing team is being asked to help with.
  • Lead the SG quarterly strategic marketing planning sessions with department heads and SME's.


  • Facilitate the SG

  • IOF monthly performance reviews with department heads and SME's.
  • Collaborate with COO, DMSA, DMO, and stakeholders to find new opportunities and areas of improvement that can help accelerate the company's growth.
  • Partner with the DMO and SME's to manage the Spring Green Annual marketing planning process.
  • Responsible for directly managing various marketing projects for the Spring Green brand working in collaboration with the Account Director for SG COF and various stakeholders.
  • Partner with PMO/DMO to create and manage Spring Green's annual backend analysis, recommendations, playbooks and enrollment kits process.
  • Responsible for the oversight and delivery of the Home Turf Report, the Team Trends newsletter, KnowledgeBase communications, webinars, and National Training (NTC) conference as assigned.
  • Marketing calendar: creates, manages, and partners with DMO to ensure effective execution.
  • Marketing section of the operating manual (update) in the Knowledge Base.
  • Marketing challenges/opportunity identification in conjunction with DMSA; leads implementation of franchisespecific programs as approved.
  • Coordinates marketing training for new franchise owners, depending on the business.
  • Participates in Discovery Days and other franchise owner meetings as requested.

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field.
years of related experience managing marketing programs, calendars, brands and budgets while working with a variety of stakeholders.
