Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about services and products.
- Inspect vehicles to determine the cause of customer complaints.
- Advise customers on the best course of action for their vehicle needs.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service.
- Provide estimates for services and repairs.
- Explain repair procedures to customers and answer any questions they may have.
Pay:
$42, $90,000.00 per year
