    Essential Functions:
    • Inspect and maintain cleanliness in food preparation areas
    • Follow food safety guidelines
    • Prep and organize work station
    • Cook and present dishes according to specifications
    • Ensure quality, freshness, and minimal food waste
    • Practice proper food storage and handling
    • Work collaboratively and communicate effectively
    • Comply with safety regulations
    • Complete tasks within designated timeframes
    • Participate in employee meetings and perform assigned duties
    Requirements:
    • High school graduate or equivalent
    • Experience in fine-dining or high-volume restaurant preferred
    • Basic math skills and proficiency in English
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Organizational and time management abilities
    • Customer service orientation and willingness to learn
    • Professional appearance and demeanor
    • Ability to work varied hours/days
    • Adherence to company regulations and standards
