Your responsibilities:

Support of onsite construction management for our projects
Responsibility for cost, quality, and schedule management
Leading the construction site team
Awarding and managing subcontractor services
Implementation of technical, contractual, and economic framework conditions
Assuming employer obligations regarding occupational safety

Your profile:

Completed degree in civil engineering or training as a construction technician or master craftsman
Several years of professional experience in construction management advantageous
Knowledge of relevant technical standards and regulations
Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
High level of resilience and commitment
Good teamwork and communication skills as well as initiative
Flexibility and mobility
Good user knowledge of MS Office, ideally also of iTWO
