- Preparation of monthly financial statements and historical data for new clients.
- Consultation with small business clients to devise effective tax strategies and plans.
- Willingness to accommodate additional hours during peak periods to meet deadlines.
- Generation of client invoices and ongoing monitoring of service fees in accordance with client agreements.
- Enrolled Agent (EA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credentials are mandatory.
- Demonstrated minimum of three years' experience in both corporate and individual tax preparation.
- Strong in general ledger management and financial statement analysis.
- Ability to engage with clients effectively, fostering strong relationships.
- Uphold high ethical standards in all professional endeavors.
- Familiarity with software platforms such as QuickBooks (desktop and online), Thomson Reuters products, and Microsoft Office suite is preferred.
