Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Counter Sales Representative.

As a Counter Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting customers with their purchases.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for sales.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist customers with their inquiries and provide product recommendations
• Process customer transactions accurately using our POS system
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash drawer
• Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Assist Operations Manager and contract division

Qualifications:

• Basic math skills for cash handling
• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
• Multilingual abilities are required

Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

• Monday to Friday
