Who you are:

_**As a PSR/Scheduling Coordinator for the Healthcare for the Homeless, part of Catholic Medical Center (CMC), you will act as a representative in all areas of clerical support.


This is a fully benefitted full time (40 hours/week) Monday through Friday position

Location:
Wilson Street Integrated Health, 293 Wilson Street, Manchester NH 03103


_ What you will do:
_


  • Greet and register patients and notify medical staff of their arrival.
  • Verify current address, insurance status and emergency contact.
  • Focus on customer service, treating patients and all staff in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Promptly answers all phones and can direct patients to the correct locations if needed.

What you will bring:
_**- High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Two to three years' experience in health care setting performing similar work activities including, but not limited to clerical, billing or insurance processing
