    Los Angeles, CAHybrid Full-time $135, $185,000.00Posted 05/02/2024The FP&A Director position is an exciting opportunity to lead the financial planning and analysis for a multi-faceted consumer products company.

    The successful candidate will have experience in forecasting, reporting, budgeting, planning, modeling, and analysis. Knowledge of consumer packaged goods (CPG), commerce, beauty, retail, wellness, and strategy is a plus.

    The FP&A Director will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-range financial models and forecasts; analyzing financial results and providing meaningful insights to guide strategic decision-making; and leading the development and implementation of financial strategies across the company.

    They will also be responsible for mentoring and managing a team of analysts, developing and implementing financial performance indicators, and training others in financial modeling and analysis.

    The successful candidate must have a degree in finance or a related field, as well as a minimum of 8 years of experience in financial analysis and/or planning.

    Experience working in a consumer goods environment is highly desirable. Proficiency in Forecast, Model, Strategic Investment, Budget, Variance Analysis, NetSuite, Strategic Planning, and Performance Development is required.

    The successful candidate must also possess excellent interpersonal skills and must be able to guide, coach, and mentor a team of analysts.

    They must have strong communication and presentation skills, and must be able to effectively communicate complex financial information to senior management.

    The ability to develop and implement financial strategies across the company is a must.
