Law Firm Receptionist - Santa Monica, United States - Jakle, Alexander & Patton, LLP

Employment Type:
Full-Time (40 hours per week) | 8:30am-5:30pm
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Providing a high level of customer service
- Answering phones and making calls
- Copying, scanning and filing
- File organizing
- Preparing outgoing mail and taking mail to the post office
- Sorting incoming mail
- Maintaining logs
- Drafting letters
- Scheduling appointments and reserving the conference room
- Maintaining case files
- Interacting with clients
- Stocking supplies
- Performing other related office tasks as assigned
- Must have reliable transportation for local errands
Qualifications:
- Previous law office experience recommended
- Proficiency in Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Adobe
- Experience with Worldox and Tussman preferred
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Great organizational skills
- Positive attitude
- Strong computer skills/troubleshooting
Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
