You will find Conecon wherever the world's largest solar power plants are being built. As a plant installer, we are responsible for constructing photovoltaic plants in the megawatt range. With our extensive international experience and in-depth industry expertise, we are able to plan and execute major projects to the utmost satisfaction of our clients.

To support our operations team, we are currently seeking a qualified and dedicated Quality Control Supervisor for our international photovoltaic projects (m/f/x).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement inspection and test plans
  • Create quality checklists
  • Conduct daily inspections for ongoing tasks (construction, mechanics, electrical work)
  • Maintain inspection logs to track status
  • Perform random inspections of tools and ensure calibration certificates are valid
  • Create work instructions and procedures
  • Prepare weekly quality inspection reports
  • Provide training and inductions to workers to reduce defect rates
  • Follow up on quality-related issues and non-conformity reports
  • Read and interpret construction drawings
  • Suggest methods to improve quality and reduce defect rates
  • Inspect materials and plant components upon delivery and compare to specifications
  • Attend weekly quality meetings
