How we can help you grow with Richland:
  • Through a comprehensive, three-year program with alternating study phases at the University of Applied Sciences for Business (FHDW) in Mettmann and practical phases in various insurance areas of the HDI Group, you will get to know financial sales.
  • We will introduce you to all relevant areas of the insurance industry. You will gain insights into product development, sales, and claims management in the private and commercial customer sectors.
  • Interested in broadening your horizons? Alongside your studies, you can also complete an apprenticeship as an insurance and financial services specialist.

Location dependent: August 1st or September 1st
