Description

Set up and operate CNC press brake machines to bend, shape, and form sheet metal and metal plates according to engineering drawings and specifications.

Program and adjust machine settings, including angles, depths, and pressures, to achieve precise bends and cuts.
Load raw materials into the machine and position them correctly for processing.
Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to ensure product accuracy and quality.
Inspect finished parts to verify conformance to specifications, including dimensions, angles, and tolerances.
Perform routine maintenance tasks on machines, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn or damaged parts.
Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and resolve issues to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
Collaborate with team members, including engineers and production supervisors, to optimize workflow and meet production goals.
Maintain detailed production records, including job orders, machine settings, and quality inspection reports.
