Description
We are seeking a Full Time Quality Inspector with a background in machined metal and manufacturing.


Responsibilities:

Maintains a safe working environment by ensuring compliance with procedures and safety regulations.

Responsible for conducting First Article, In-Process, Final inspections, and accurate reporting utilizing AS9100 procedures.


Performs inspection tasks involving the use of a variety of test instruments and equipment to measure values and record functional operation of components.

Ability to prioritize workload.

Must be proficient using hand measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, height gages, optical comparator etc.)

Ability to read engineering and manufacturing drawings.

Ability to interact with machinists and communicating inspection results.


Preferred Skills and Experience:

Ability to work in a fast-paced, environment.

Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.

Ability to multi-task and meet company deadlines.

Manages time effectively

Ability to communicate in English, Bilingual a plus.


Physical Requirements:

Able to lift and carry 40 pounds.

No restrictions in bending, stooping, or reaching overhead.

No restrictions in standing in place for long periods.

Good eyesight (especially close-up), hearing and verbal communication

Manual dexterity

$ $18.00 per hour
