"Right in the middle of the action" is the motto of our facility in Falconstraße in Ober-Ramstadt. While the upper floors offer a home for 16 clients in small living units, the ground floor houses a restaurant and a daycare center.

With empathy, calmness and sensitivity, you are responsible for the wellbeing of our residents during the evening/night hours (8:45 pm 6:15 am) and help some clients start their day
You regularly check on things, administer necessary medication and ensure the physical, emotional and hygienic wellbeing of our clients as needed
You are there for our night owls with board games or a listening ear for a chat and help them find peace and quiet
