Job Description:

  • First point of contact for our customers at the car dealership
  • Welcoming and greeting our customers and directing them to the appropriate department
  • Handling phone and inperson inquiries
  • Scheduling services and appointments for the workshop
  • Recording customer complaints and forwarding them to the responsible employee or supervisor
  • Processing customer orders
  • Maintaining customer data

Qualifications:

  • Completed commercial training, for example in a car dealership or hotel
  • Strong service and customeroriented mindset
  • Organizational skills and a conscientious and structured way of working
  • Excellent manners, independence, reliability, and organizational skills
  • Ability to understand and fulfill customer needs, good communication skills, and sociability
  • Excellent manners, confident and selfassured demeanor
  • MS Office knowledge
