ENTRY LEVEL POSITION WITH NO LEGAL EXPERIENCE NECESSARY
The Assistant Case Coordinator
reports directly to the assigned Case Coordinator.
Role and Responsibilities:
Some responsibilities of an Assistant Case Coordinator include but not limited to the following:
- Discovery (responses and requests)
- Client relations
- Includes collecting signed documents, intakes, and customer service
- File and document management
- Scheduling and attending meetings, Depositions, and other necessary appearances for clients, attorneys, and case coordinators
- Document preparation include, but not limited to: creating matrices (tables) and legal forms, and other essential case documents
- Other Clerical tasks
Requirements:
- College Degree
- Valid ID or Driver's License
- Ability to commute to Long Beach Office
- Proficient in use of technology (e.g. computer, tablets, phones, typing 40+ WPM)
- Available Monday to Friday (8:30 am to 4:30 pm)
Preferred:
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Law Server (file management with File Explorer)
- Google Sheets (excel in Google apps)
- Phone systems (apps and desk phone)
- Internet Browser
- Microsoft Office

Pay:
$ $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
