We are a fast growing home care agency seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need.

As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by assisting with daily activities and ensuring their well-being.

Duties:

Caregivers will assist clients who due to advanced age, mental deficiency or physical disabilities need assistance with the listed duties:

• Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper techniques and equipment
• Administer medications according to prescribed schedules and document accurately
• Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding as needed
• Support clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as toileting, ambulation, and hygiene
• Engage in meaningful conversation and companionship with clients
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
• Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals
• Light house keeping
• Other task that allow clients to remain independent in their home.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in caregiving or related field preferred ( 1 year minimum)
• High school graduate or G.E.D
• Knowledge of nursing home or assisted living facility procedures is a plus
• Ability to work with individuals with various needs, including working with people on the autism spectrum
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Compassionate and patient demeanor when providing care
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the country and pass background check

License/ Certification

HCA (Home Care Aid) - Required

Driver's License - Required

Note:
All positions must be paid, including internship positions.
