• Schedules manpower for shop fabrication
• Schedules deliveries and pick ups needed
• Works with purchasing and project managers to meet deadlines
• Trains new hires
• Quality control to ensure product is build per blueprints
• Coordinates with field foremen to determine what material is needed
• Logs shop hours and PTO for shop employees
• Helps prepare/check documents needed for fabrication
• Works with project managers as needed
• Schedules maintenance on trucks, trailers, shop equipment, building, etc

• Construction background
• Project management in construction
• Ability to read blueprints and architectural drawings
• AutoCad experience
• Productiontype work experience
• Machinist
