Responsibilities

As the Detailing Solutions Manager, you will:

• Exemplify and uphold our company's core values, presenting a professional image in all interactions.
• Comply with uniform standards, including wearing branded clothing and appropriate attire.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant safety and detailing procedures, maintaining industryleading standards.
• Deliver exceptional detailing experiences by actively listening and responding to customer needs.
• Fulfill all service requirements to meet On the Spot's highquality expectations using approved methods and equipment.
• Identify and propose additional services tailored to clients' specific vehicle conditions and usage patterns.
• Conduct comprehensive preservice vehicle inspections, documenting any existing issues and actions to be addressed.
