Job Summary:

Duties:

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings as necessary
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards
• Assist in the development of training programs for new hires
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as ADP, Taleo, or UltiPro
• Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM software for lead generation and relationship management
• Strong knowledge of talent management principles and practices
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Note:
This is a paid position. Internship positions are also compensated.


Pay:
$51, $120,000.00 per year
