($17/hr no experience
- $20/hr Bachelors degree)**
Your Day Would Look Like:
- Assisting families in accessing community resources such as mental health, housing, employment, education and childcare
- Plan, conduct, and assist with monthly parent meetings, events, and education sessions
- Encourage parent involvement in program and classroom events
- Helping families obtain transportation to appointments if/when as needed
- Maintain complete and accurate case notes for each family
What YOU Would Bring:
- Minimum High School Diploma/GED
- Associates/bachelor's degree in human services or related field and FDC Credential preferred
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Knowledge of community resources for disadvantaged families
Valid and clean NYS driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle required:
- 1+ years of case management experience
- Prior experience working with disadvantaged families in an advocacy role and knowledge of community resources
- Bilingual a plus
