What to expect in the apprenticeship:
Preparation and presentation of meals for our canteens, including exclusive guest meals
Creation of meal plans and calculation of dishes
Proper handling of food
Ensuring quality, hygiene, and safety standards
Detailed knowledge of ingredients
What you bring:
A successful school degree
Good knowledge of German and mathematics
A curious nature that drives you to constantly learn new things
A strong interest in preparing delicious meals with quality ingredients
Teamwork and open communication with our guests
Motivation and perseverance
What you should know:
~ Your salary during the apprenticeship: 1st year: 1,100, 2nd year: 1,200, 3rd year: 1,300,
~ Working hours are 39 hours per week, usually from Monday to Friday from 6:00 to 14:30
~ 30 days of vacation per year
~ The responsible vocational school is Berufskolleg Essen Ost, Knaudtstraße 25, 45138 Essen
