As a
Operations Supervisor, you will:

Manage day-to-day inventory and supply ordering
Schedule preventive maintenance/vehicle repairs and liaise with the Fleet Manager to address vehicle issues
Maintain organized and current station files and manuals
Handle scheduling, hiring, evaluation, management, and disciplinary actions concerning station employees
Ensure timely submission of timesheets and other payroll documentation
Lead, guide, and assist in training lowerlevel personnel and/or students as assigned
Administer basic life support treatment to patients within EMT scope of practice
Perform CPR, administer oxygen, and provide glucose as necessary
Safely operate and maintain emergency vehicles in compliance with relevant laws during patient transportation
Deliver competent patient care in prehospital and interfacility settings
Maintain professional interactions with healthcare personnel and patients, including those with disabilities or injuries
Collaborate effectively within a team environment
Accurately document required information in EMS charts, including PCRs, vehicle inspections, and inventory checks
Assist other EMS providers in delivering care
Provide verbal or written reports to higher healthcare facilities
Ensure cleanliness of equipment and replace used or damaged supplies
Adhere to company and local agency policies, procedures, and protocols for emergency treatment and transportation
Attend refresher programs and continuing education sessions as required by the medical director
Maintain a professional, courteous, and ethical demeanor

Requirements for the position are:

High School Diploma or GED
Basic Life Support certification
CPR & First Aid certification
Current state Paramedic Certification
Valid driver's license
Active EMT-B, EMT-I, or Paramedic certifications in the state
National Registry Paramedic or EMT Certification
