    Hallmark's Consumer Experience (CX) Marketing Technology & Operations Team runs point on direct marketing campaign operations and is also responsible for planning and oversight of the technology roadmap for systems used across Hallmark's Consumer Experience ecosystem – spanning Marketing, Creative, Data Insights & Analytics and Consumer Care functions.


    WHAT YOUR ROLE ENTAILS AND HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE
    The

    Membership Experience Manager


    will be responsible for helping to bring a modern omni-channel membership experience to life for the Hallmark brand across multiple membership/loyalty programs, including the Hallmark Crown Rewards loyalty program.

    In this role, you will focus on digital and operational execution plans, shepherding the delivery of technology (traditional and digital) enhancements, exceptions and program requirements for both distribution channels and product strategies.

    Part of the accountability will include helping to advance the integration of digital capabilities and experiences across and our mobile app, working in close partnership with key product management leads.

    You must work effectively across multiple disciplines and partners to bring changes to life at shelf, in digital spaces and within Hallmark's Consumer Care channel.


    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
    The following is required to be considered for this role:
    Bachelor's degree or 4 years of professional work experience
    At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role in business, consumer products, marketing, or digital


    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business
    Strong collaboration and decision making skills
    Proven abilities to articulate and communicate messages, strategies and vision to diverse audiences
    Strong business and marketing acumen to exploit best marketing practices, yielding results
    Previous digital product management experience and / or previous experience managing loyalty/membership programs
    Proven experience in paid subscription marketing, with a track record of driving membership growth and retention
    Ability to problem-solve/troubleshoot operational or business issues
    Ability to professionally interact with all levels of an organization
    Excellent presentation, communication and writing skills
    Working knowledge of SQL

    This position is hybrid, working onsite headquarters in Kansas City, MO once a week and as needed for events and meetings.
